Yes, it was with the WNBA. It was fun. It was last April. We visited three independent book stores in Manhattan. We had good weather too. We walked a couple of miles up and down the hills of Upper East and West Side. They did it again this year but I couldn’t make it. I found out that the Brooklyn Independent book stores have their own book crawl and it sounds fun. They provide a small map and prizes. I might do that next year.
I love this post, Celine. I vote for the pink house. I love the photos of the garden. It’s gorgeous. Thanks for sharing the photos about the protest too.
Oh! I love this idea of a bookstore crawl.... and I'm going to set one up as soon as possible, like maybe even for Independence Day. Thanks! About where your character spends her B&B: how about the red house with the funny window? Looks like it has potential for an interesting visit.
Oh my, it all looks so beautiful, esp the bookstore crawl, in this tough month on the planet. Can't wait to read on and see your delightful photos. Write on, missing Prov!
Ps I’ve done a book crawl with WNBA NYC and it’s a lot of fun.
Thanks so much for your comments, Evelyn! I’m curious about YOUR book crawl - was it via the Women’s National Book Association, or some other group?

Great idea, Maggie! If you set one up let me know how it goes
